SEMVIO

Terms of Use

Effective July 22, 2026

Using SEMVIO

SEMVIO grants users a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app to index and search videos available to them. Users are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for every selected video.

Free access, ads, and paid access

The free version may include a lifetime indexing allowance, referral bonuses, and advertising. Limits and availability are shown in the app. When paid plans are available, subscriptions are billed by Google Play, renew automatically unless canceled, and remain subject to the price, trial, cancellation, refund, and renewal terms displayed by Google Play at purchase time.

Subscriptions

Users can manage or cancel active subscriptions through Google Play. Deleting SEMVIO does not automatically cancel a subscription. Paid features remain available only while Google Play reports a valid entitlement.

Acceptable use

Users must not use SEMVIO to violate privacy, intellectual property, criminal, export, or other applicable laws; interfere with the service; bypass quotas or payment controls; or attempt to reverse engineer protected services except where law expressly permits it.

AI results

Semantic search results are automated estimates and can be incomplete or inaccurate. SEMVIO is not designed for emergency, legal, medical, biometric identification, or other high-stakes decisions. Users must review the original video and apply independent judgment.

Availability and liability

The app is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may change to improve security, performance, legal compliance, or compatibility. The developer is not responsible for lost source videos, unsupported files, device failures, or decisions made solely from automated results.
